No need to leave your house just to transfer funds to your family and friends. With the China Bank Mobile App, you can:

  • Transfer real-time to other China Bank accounts
  • Transfer real-time to other bank accounts via InstaPay* using email address, mobile number, account number, or QR code.

*Transaction amounts above Php50,000.00 will be transmitted to other banks via PESONet. Funds may be received within the day if transaction is made before cut-off time of 4:00PM.

Quick Guide to Your Transactions

Add your Payee

1. Select "Pay or Transfer" from the post-login menu
2. Select "To Other" and tap "Add Payee"
3. Select Bank from the dropdown list, enter the account number, and nominate payee nickname then tap Next
4. On confirmation page, review details of fund transfer transaction and tap Confirm
5. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number and tap Next

A confirmation of your successful add payee transaction will be displayed.

Transfer funds to a China Bank Account

1. Select "Pay or Transfer" from the post-login menu
2. Select "To Other" and tap "Transfer To Payee"
3. Provide the required details (with China Bank as your To/Destination Account)
4. Review and confirm the details of your transaction and tap Confirm
5. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number and tap Next

A confirmation of your successful fund transfer transaction will be displayed.

Transfer funds to Other Bank Accounts

1. Select "Pay or Transfer" from the post-login menu
2. Select "To Other" and tap "Transfer To Payee"
3. Provide the required details
4. Review and confirm the details of your transaction and tap Confirm
5. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number and tap Next

A confirmation of your successful fund transfer transaction will be displayed.

Transfer funds by QR Code

1. Select “Scan to Pay or Transfer” from the post-login menu or simply shake your phone to activate the Scan QR function
2. Scan the QR Code or tap “Import from Gallery” if the QR Code is saved on your device’s galley
3. Provide the required details and tap Next
4. Review and confirm the details of your transaction and tap Confirm
5. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Is there a service fee when performing a fund transfer transaction?

Funds transfer via InstaPay has a service fee of Php10.00, while PESONet has a service fee of Php20.00 per transaction.

Is there a cut-off time for transferring funds?

There is no cut-off time for transferring funds via InstaPay. PESONet, on the other hand has a cut-off time of 4:00PM. All PESONet transfers made after the cut-off time will be credited on the next banking day.

How do I edit my payee's nickname?

Edit your payee's nickname by doing the following steps:

  1. Select ""Pay or Transfer"" from the post-login menu
  2. Select "To Other" and swipe to the left to view action to be done to selected payee
  3. Tap Edit to edit your Payee's nickname and click Next

A confirmation of the successful edit will be displayed

How do I remove a payee?

Remove a payee from your list by doing the following steps:

  1. Select "Pay or Transfer" from the post-login menu
  2. Select "To Other" and swipe to the left to view action to be done to selected Payee
  3. Select Remove and tap OK

A confirmation of the successful removal will be displayed.

How do I generate a QR Code for my own account?

Yes, you may generate your own QR Code by doing the following steps:

  1. Go to “QR Code” from the post-login menu
  2. Tap on “Generate QR Code”
  3. Choose the account you want to generate a QR Code for
  4. Enter a nickname for your QR Code. You may also choose to enter an amount to be included in your QR Code
  5. Tap on “Generate QR Code”

Your QR Code will be displayed. You may choose to save it to your device for future use or instantly share it to your sender.

You may transfer funds via QR Code to the following banks:
